These terms govern the BR PI Alerts SMS program operated by Bailey Reyes, Professional Limited Liability Company, doing business as Bailey & Reyes ("the Firm").
1. Program description. BR PI Alerts delivers internal operational alert messages, such as notifications that the Firm's virtual receptionist has qualified an inbound personal injury inquiry, to Bailey & Reyes attorneys and staff. The program sends no marketing or promotional content and sends no messages to clients, prospective clients, or the public.
2. Eligibility and enrollment. Participation is limited to Firm attorneys and staff. Enrollment is entirely voluntary and optional, and is separate from all employment terms and onboarding paperwork. A staff member may decline to enroll, or opt out later, and either choice leaves employment, compensation, and standing at the Firm unaffected. Each participant enrolls by signing the acknowledgment in Section 10, which is presented as a standalone document separate from any employment agreement or onboarding paperwork, with no pre-selected boxes. Signed acknowledgments are retained by the Firm. There is no public opt-in.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies with Firm operations. Recipients should expect up to several messages per day, at any hour, including outside business hours.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile carrier plan. The Firm is not responsible for carrier charges.
5. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. A single confirmation message will follow, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. Opting out is honored immediately, has no effect on the recipient's employment, compensation, or standing at the Firm, and does not remove the recipient from any other Firm communication channel.
6. Help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@baileyreyes.com, or call (409) 239-0123.
7. Privacy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled as described in the Firm's SMS Privacy Policy at www.baileyreyes.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Carriers. Supported carriers may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes. The Firm may modify or terminate the program or these terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
10. Staff consent statement. Enrollment in BR PI Alerts is voluntary. Each Bailey & Reyes attorney or staff member who chooses to enroll signs the following acknowledgment, which is presented as a standalone document at enrollment and retained by the Firm:
"I voluntarily choose to enroll in the Bailey & Reyes internal operational alert program and agree to receive automated SMS text messages from the Firm at the mobile number I provide below. These messages are internal case-intake alerts sent when the Firm's virtual receptionist qualifies an inbound inquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. I may text HELP for help and STOP to stop at any time.
My enrollment is entirely voluntary and optional, and it is separate from my employment terms and from all onboarding paperwork. I may decline to enroll now, or opt out at any time by replying STOP, and either choice will have no effect on my employment, compensation, or standing at the Firm. This consent applies only to this specific alert program and is not transferable to any other messaging program."
No member of the public, client, or prospective client can enroll in this program, and no opt-in is collected from consumers.
