These terms govern the BR PI Alerts SMS program operated by Bailey Reyes, Professional Limited Liability Company, doing business as Bailey & Reyes ("the Firm").
1. Program description. BR PI Alerts delivers internal operational alert messages, such as notifications that the Firm's virtual receptionist has qualified an inbound personal injury inquiry, to Bailey & Reyes attorneys and staff. The program sends no marketing or promotional content and sends no messages to clients, prospective clients, or the public.
2. Eligibility and enrollment. Participation is limited to Firm attorneys and staff who have consented in writing, as a condition of their role, to receive these alerts. Enrollment is performed by the Firm's administrator; there is no public opt-in.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies with Firm operations. Recipients should expect up to several messages per day, at any hour, including outside business hours.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile carrier plan. The Firm is not responsible for carrier charges.
5. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. A single confirmation message will follow, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. Opting out of this program may be inconsistent with the operational duties of certain roles; recipients should notify Firm management upon opting out.
6. Help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@baileyreyes.com, or call (409) 239-0123.
7. Privacy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled as described in the Firm's SMS Privacy Policy at www.baileyreyes.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Carriers. Supported carriers may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes. The Firm may modify or terminate the program or these terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
10. Staff consent statement. Bailey & Reyes attorneys and staff are enrolled in BR PI Alerts by the Firm administrator after acknowledging the following, which is presented to each recipient at enrollment and retained by the Firm:
"I agree to receive internal operational alert text messages from Bailey & Reyes at the mobile number I have provided, as a condition of my role at the Firm. I understand these messages relate to firm case intake and are not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. I may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. I have reviewed the Firm's SMS Privacy Policy at www.baileyreyes.com/privacy-policy and these SMS Terms and Conditions."
No member of the public, client, or prospective client can enroll in this program, and no opt-in is collected from consumers.
