Bailey Reyes, Professional Limited Liability Company, doing business as Bailey & Reyes ("the Firm," "we," "us"), 2125 Calder Ave., Beaumont, TX 77701, operates an internal SMS notification program. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with that program.
Who receives messages. Messages under this program are sent only to Bailey & Reyes attorneys and staff who have consented, in writing and as a condition of their role, to receive internal operational alerts. We do not send SMS messages under this program to clients, prospective clients, consumers, or any member of the public, and there is no public method to opt in.
Information we collect. For this program we collect and store the recipient's name, role, and mobile phone number, provided directly by the recipient or by the Firm's administrator. Message content consists of internal operational alerts generated by the Firm's intake systems.
How we use information. Recipient phone numbers are used solely to deliver internal operational alert messages and to administer the program, including processing opt-outs. Message frequency varies with Firm operations; recipients should expect up to several messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages, such as our telecommunications carrier and messaging platform, or as required by law.
Opting out. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, the recipient will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact the Firm at info@baileyreyes.com or (409) 239-0123.
Security and retention. Recipient information is maintained in access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for the program or as required by law and the Firm's professional obligations.
